GRIME DAILY REVIEW SHANK

“Hard hitting, frightening and amazing” was what described Shank at the premiere at Brixton Ritzy Cinema.

Mo Ali’s first film could go side – by – side with Noel Clarkes UK smash hits Kidulthood and Adulthood.

With the amazing acting from Bashy, Adam Deacon, Kaya Scodelario and surprises from Aml Ameen and Eddi Kadi, also the

young actresses and actors – they have made a film that will catch the tongues of all youths and possibly older.

From a silent jaw dropping beginning to a “Wowing” ending was the only way I could describe this film.

Everyone’s been waiting for another UK street comparison – and here it is. Not a film that represents now but also life in 2015.

Violence, sex, nitty gritty streets? If that sounds like you then this one’s for you.

Shank will be hitting all your good cinemas on the 26th March. So make sure you get your money ready and arrive early at doors because this will be a film

you would want to get early tickets and a seat for. “Hard hitting, frightening and amazing” was what described Shank at the premiere at Brixton Ritzy Cinema.
